This special day was celebrated and properly marked in camp. The campers all got special grape juice Lchaim by supper, and later on were addressed by Rabbi Barras who related the story of the Freidiker Rebbe’s arrest and liberation and specialty of the day.
Then during learning class there was Connection Point were the campers got to hear and observe the importance of Yud Bais-Yud Gimmel Tammuz straight from the Rebbe.
The staff as well had a late night farbrengen with camp mashpia Mendel Kaplan.
